Melody Jones is your average teenage high school girl with one difference; she's a Shifter. Shifters are a species of human and animal minds sharing one body. They must co-exist together in one vessel to live. The Shifters live in secret with the humans, and Melody is one of the last Wolf Shifters to live to this day. Overall her life is pretty normal; until she meets Cassandra. Cassandra seems to be hiding a secret not known to others, and seems to have Melody's heart. When the world begins to fall apart, friends become enemies and love is the only hope. Will Melody and Cassandra realize their love, or die trying?
