Ava was an especially clumsy girl. Her parents were very clingy and took her everywhere. Until Ava's parents went on vacation and decided not to bring Ava. Plus, she had to babysit until they came back. She had her first birthday without her parents and she went somewhere without them for the first time.
She also had her first kiss, accidentally.

"What are you doing here?" I ask but it comes out as a sob. I don't want him, or anyone for that matter, to see me like this. I'm a wreck. Wyatt doesn't seem to mind though.
