Vicky was entirely different from her family. And I mean, entirely - like really, really, really - different. First off, she doesn't have fiery red hair like the rest of her family. She doesn't have any freckles, but her skin is still fairly pale. She's introvert, quiet, shy - not a famous trait in the Weasley family. Not to mention, she's not a Gryffindor - she's a Slytherin. 
    
    Vicky Weasley - the bad girl, "Rebel Weasley", the Slytherin Princess - but what happens when she crosses paths with Draco Malfoy - the bad boy, the Slytherin Prince.
