Inspiration Season

Miranda's life in the Bubble isn't nearly as exciting as she thought it would be. She came through the Rip--a mysterious interdimensional portal--for a chance to explore the unfathomable weirdness of the Beyond. As it turns out, though, it's usually too dangerous to go outside, and a lab tech's work is the same in the Bubble as it is anywhere.

A bright spot appears in the form of Emmanuel, a hot Facilities tech Miranda's been flirting with for months. They take the evening off together, and things heat up nicely. Their date is rudely interrupted, however, when an accident suddenly makes the Bubble much less safe--and Miranda and Emmanuel must run for their lives...
