Kurt, a quiet boy with a traumatic past is forced to transfer to an all-boys private school, Dalton Academy. He is immediately put off by the stellar, overwhelmingly popular boy whom he is forced to room with. Blaine Anderson. They grow close in high school but move to opposite sides of the country to live out their dreams. Blaine, producing music and traveling the country to perform it. Kurt, going to a college in New York and dreaming his way onto Broadway.
