Olivia Queen is the daughter of Oliver Queen and Felicity Smoak. At first glance no one would thing much of her. But really she's a lot like her father. She's got different demons she has to fight. Like her brother. Having trust issues, Powers, and more heartache than the average teen doesn't help.
Her brother was kidnaped when they were 13. Still looking four years later, she never expected to see him again, especially killing their parents. But to save him she goes back in time with the help of her uncle Barry Allen.
To save her brother she has to stop the people who are responsible before they're even born. That is if she can so make sure that they still are born. The past can only be changed so much before it affects the future in ways unimaginable.
