The Nefarious

For as long as anyone in the state even the country can remember, there's always been the rebel who causes crime around all the cities. They could be a hero for a second but then a criminal the next to keep the balance between the people. They call them the nefarious. The Archer family have always been the ones who held this name. The name was passed down from father to son for generations. After tragedy occurs and the nefarious is killed, with nobody to pass the name to, chaos occurs, so the daughter of the last nefarious, Bianca, takes over.
