Sam Carter has a pretty normal life. She has four best friends, and she has a motorcycle, and that's all she needs. But something doesn't seem right. Ian Matthews has just moved in around the block, and with him he brings questions. Every encounter Sam has with this boy seems to be more mysterious than the last.
