*~*~* REWRITTEN AND PUBLISHED AS HUNTINGTON AVENUE ON MY PROFILE *~*~* Zachary West has it all. Near-perfect grades, a kind, loving family, and is a guitar prodigy. Seems like a wonderful life, right? Most good things come with at least one catch, though: He's blind. Following a move from Washington to New York, Zach struggles to fit in with everyone else. Little did he know that high school across the country would be extremely different than back home. He would endure new town, new home, new friends, but also new hardships. Will Zach find a way to fit in with his new surroundings? Then, there's Kelsey Davis, one of the popular girls of the school. She's beautiful, charming, and, of course, she can be a bit questionable. Luckily, there's almost always a side to people that nobody sees. Hanging out with the wrong crowd has gotten to Kelsey's nerves, but she doesn't want to leave her friends. Having such a reputation with the entire school has extremely high standards, and she can't meet them anymore. Will everything change when she notices a unique boy among the crowds who might need a friend? *~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~* Disclaimer: This is the very first book that I ever wrote. It was created in the Fall of 2018 by a 15-year-old girl who had no idea how to construct and develop a story. It's still a very precious story to my heart and I will always keep it published here. :) Word Count: ~70,000-75,000

Mackenzie Cooper has always hated labels. She's been the girl who lost her mother when she was young. And when she catches her boyfriend making out with her best friend, she becomes the girl who got cheated on. All she's ever wanted was to focus on the things that matter. Get good grades, get a scholarship playing soccer, and take care of her family. But all of that is about to change. Enter Camden Beck. All-star athlete and Vista Point's local royalty. He's cocky, arrogant, and Mackenzie's older brother's best friend. His goal: get a baseball scholarship and follow through with the promise he made to his best friend-don't fall for his sister. When Mackenzie becomes the center of pity looks and endless rumors, Camden presents her with a proposition. In order to make her ex think she's not affected by his act, Camden offers to be her fake boyfriend. Through the shared ache of loss and a growing closeness neither of them expect, lines will be crossed and hearts will get tangled. But grief doesn't choose sides, and neither does love.
