Ben drowns little sister

She was six years younger than her big brother and after her mother died her father became abusive.
Before her mother died, she told her and her older brother Ben, about their ablities. They both shared the electrical and water abilities.
When her father drowned Ben she was put in a orphanage. At that time she realized she had more elements she controlled. She used her elements for the next many years of her life till she turned 18 when her brother finally tracked her down.
When people she believed where just memories came back to haunt her, her big brother finally realizes what his sister has become and what he has to do to protect the person who means the most to him, even if it means showing his sister who he has become.
