After the devastating deaths of four of the five paladins and a twenty-three-year cryosleep for Keith, Allura, Coran, and Lotor, the crew is forced back together when four new paladin energies are located on Earth. There's a surprise for the survivors, though. The new paladins are the reincarnations of the old paladins, and the most interesting one of all is Laith Sanchez, formerly Lance McClain. Keith is still head over heels for his lost love, but Shiro's new incarnation, Taila Okomura, isn't completely ready to hand the blue-eyed boy over to a strange man whose name falls from Laith's lips in the dead of the night.
After Laith encounters Keith for the first time, his life spirals out of control with returning memories, old feelings becoming raw, and unexpected rivalry for the boys' attention. Keith shadows Laith for a week before the Galra attack, shaking the even ground they've created. And Laith can't help but think, why all this fuss over a boy from Cuba?

Any child shall not participate in the war, be harmed, or mistreated until they reach the age of maturity. The cause of breaking the law is death or exile. Keith always thought he was a human. He had no reason to think otherwise. His father, a fireman who died when he was 8, was the only parent he had. He thought he was human even through the pull of the blue lion, the trip through space, and even when he joined a small group called "The Paladins of Voltron." However, when he met his first Altean, things started to unravel. Unwanted cravings for love and attention surfaced with no apparent cause. It was pulling and tugging but always distracting, making jt hard to focus on his duties to save the universe. They weren't something he ever needed on earth, so why now? The Altean-Galra teen now needs to find where he belongs in the world, or rather space, with new information and growing needs. With the breaking of a decades long law, a change in character, and protective on lookers, how would this change the course of the show? Lance goes blind and the team needs to understand and not desown him. He is having many problems and Shiro a huge bitch. Lance is casted out by the team and is captured by Lotor. The longer Lance stays the more he talks to Lotor and figures out that Lotor isn't such a bad guy after all. The beginning isn't the best but once you read more it gets way better. !COMPLETED!Complete

"S-Stay, p-please," Keith mumbled, hiding his face in his pillow. Lance nodded climbing beside the small boy. Keith turned to face him, his face flushed as he looked at Lance, "T-Thanks." "For what?" Lance whispered, his breath close enough for Keith to touch. "B-Being by my side," Keith moved closer to Lance, closing the small distance between them, "I-I thought y-you'd all hate me." "Why would you think that?" "Ha," Keith let out a bitter laugh, "I'm half Galra. I share half of my DNA with a race who has killed countless civilizations, not to mention they kidnapped Shiro and Katie's family, and they-" "Exactly, "they". You didn't help them do any of that, right?" Lance touched Keith's forehead with his own, drinking in the feel of his soft skin. "N-No but-" "No "buts", you didn't choose to be born part Galra, and you have more than proved you're a paladin." "Allura and Coran hate me," Keith mumbled, trying to find some way to prove that they did indeed hate him. "No they don't, just give them some time to adjust," Keith turned around, pulling Lance's arm around him, "They have to get used to you. None of us hate you, not the smallest bit." Lance waited for Keith to argue but the boy had already fallen asleep. Lance hugged the boy tighter as he copied his steady breaths. "I could never hate you." ------------------------------------------------- Keith gets kidnapped during a simple mission of the paladins. He's tortured and abused for three days, leaving him a damaged mess. The paladins finally find him and bring him home, but Keith is acting strange, stranger than usual. I obviously don't own Voltron. Klance :: Not So Different
Lol, first Klance! Hope you all enjoy! Keith has been haunted since he fought with the Druid. His hand... It just healed... That wasn't a normal thing. Then Zarkon... The emperor told Keith he fought similar to his Galran soldiers. That had honestly scared him. So when the paladins are reunited after being spread throughout space, he tries to hide his insecurities and fears and pain. However, he can't hide it for long. And he never thought Lance could actually smile so kindly, let alone smile at him. I do not own Voltron: Legendary Defenders or the characters!!! I also do not own any pictures used.Complete
Damaged Beyond Repair
Lance knows that he's annoying. He knows that he's a flirt, and that his jokes are always terrible. That's why the kidnapping by the Galra fleet, didn't bother him all that much. His team would just be better off without him getting in the way of everything. He just slowed them down. The Galra need information. Every blow they shot at the paladins of Voltron, didn't seem to do much. The capture of the Blue Lion and its rider was what they needed to find out how to win against the pesky earthlings. Keith, Hunk, Pidge, Shiro, Coran, and Allura are worried. With Keith stressing himself out over the wellbeing of his kidnapped friend, and Pidge looking all over for said friend, the paladins of Voltron are not on their best.
