I glanced at myself in the mirror in the school hallway. Down two pounds since yesterday. Stupid bitch of a step mother can't possibly think that this is healthy. "Two pounds in one day?" A voice behind me asks.
"Shit did I say that out loud?" I ask myself mentally face palming myself.
"Yeah, you did. So, what exactly does your step mother do?" He asks studying me. I freeze unable to say something or come up with a lie quick enough. I look at him and to the exit. Five seconds to get around him and to the door. I sprint around him as fast as I could towards the exit, narrowly missing him trying to stop me. I can't believe this. And it was the most popular guy in school. I hate myself.
