This book talks about things such as depression, self harm, anxiety and suicidal thoughts. If you or anyone you know suffer from anyone of these and find reading about it triggering I would suggest you not to read this type of book and if you need to speak to anyone you can always message me or seek professional help
This book talks about the kinds of things you feel and think when suffering from depression and anxiety, not all the things said happen to everyone but most of the things that are said has happened to me and is part of my story

Carter was stuck living with her abusive mother and step-father. She felt like she was living in a never ending cycle of sadness. It wasn't until her stepfather was murdered by her mother that she was taken out of the toxic household. Carter was placed with her four brothers, brothers she didn't even know she had. Her mother took her at a young age, so young that she didn't remember her brothers at all. But they remember her, they never stopped looking for her. A Fight With Depression
(Trigger Warnings) Do not read if you are bothered by reading very real everyday senarios such as suicide, self harm, and other things that tend to mend with having most mental illnesses. This book is a different book where every chapter is a short story, poem, rant, or just the perspective of many different types of mental illnesses such as PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, And even more extreme as what causes them, Like abuse, Murder, Witnessing a Murder of a loved one. I want to write out my thoughts as honestly as possible and try not to lie like I always do. Maybe by being anonymous will make me stop being a liar.
