This book talks about things such as depression, self harm, anxiety and suicidal thoughts. This book talks about the kinds of things you feel and think when suffering from depression and anxiety, not all the things said happen to everyone but most of the things that are said has happened to me and is part of my story

I want to write out my thoughts as honestly as possible and try not to lie like I always do. Maybe by being anonymous will make me stop being a liar. I think it's a bit late to say this after publishing for about a month but I should put a warning. ⚠️ WARNING: What I write about is depressing and suicidal and degrading. Being alone? Check. Being afraid? Check. Being abused? Check times 3. Honestly, my life wasn't this bad before, not until I ended in foster care... SIKE! My life was always bad. From the moment I was born, I lived with an abusive father who blamed me for my mother's death, and even I couldn't disagree with him.
