Lies and Hope (Zen x Pregnant! Reader)

The story takes place two years after Zens route.

Zen is often busy with his schedule and is stressed over his work load. Still he tries as hard as he can to make time for (Y/n) and his efforts do not go unnoticed by her. She is inevitably lonely but tries to hide it from Zen as she knows he is trying his best. Her lies just get worse when she learns she is pregnant. Not knowing if he wants children and knowing that this will just add to his stress, she decides to hide it from Zen until the time is right. But just how long will that be?
