Lucy isn't a Celestial mage instead she was trained by Igneel. She didn't have a happy childhood. Her father was abusive and cruel, but why is she so bright and happy? 

Natsu Dragneel was not raised by Igneel. He was instead raised by Acnologia, the chaos dragon. He grew up to be quiet, rude, and he has a short temper. What happens when he meets the sweet, cheerful, very stuborn Lucy Heartfilia? Will she be able to calm the chaos or run like everyone else?
