"Besides, who's going to turn it on anyway?" In modern day America, the world has mostly forgotten about Joey Drew and his cartoons. All they know about him is he was the eccentric owner of an animation company that was finally shut down after financial problems turned dire. They were ready to move on from him. Alyssa Drew-Bates is an aspiring artist and photographer, who is set to start her junior year of high school in a couple weeks after a solo trip to Philadelphia to visit some family. She also happens to be the great-granddaughter of the man himself. After befriending a trio of teenage residents and reconciling with her cousin, the five of them set out for a fun day together.
