But he knows he won't last long alone. In the wastes he faces challenges of survival and questing his morals while fighting for his life, after suffering an injury, all hope seems lost when a fellow mutant takes him to his camp. Together they try to survive, the mysterious man hardened from the wastes, show Juniper how to survive, faced with challenge after challenge, they grow closer.
