"I can't believe it." I said, my arms wrapped around his neck and his wrapped around my waist. "Can't believe what?" Percy asked, letting me go momentarily to twirl me around. "First of all, that we're dancing together. Second, that we're here dancing." I said into his ear as we danced close. "Me neither." He sighed. And in that moment, I never wanted anything to end. Nothing could go wrong, nothing could burst our little bubble of happiness. I loved Percy and he loved me, and nothing else mattered. "I love you, Wise Girl." He said, holding onto me closer. "I love you, Seaweed Brain." And then we kissed. ~~~ After the last book, Percy and Annabeth finally begin their lives together, starting with their wedding.
