During the war with Gaea, Percy is killed as a sacrifice. But at the last moment, he is saved by Sadie Kane with a spell that causes him to be reborn into a new life. In this new life, Percy has to struggle with problems that he has never faced before, and all the while he is haunted by memorizes of his past life that provide him with too much and too little information. All of Percy's friends as try to reunite with him in the future and revenge his death. After all Annabeth promised, he will be found.
