The goddess Calypso has lived by herself on the island of Ogygia for hundreds of years. But, her internal struggles and loneliness have nearly driven her over the edge. Her pleas to be released from the island, as well as her attempts to do so without permission, have been in vain. She longs for the company of the other divine beings in Olympus, and wonders if she'll ever get back.

The Nymph
[18+ MATURE CONTENT] Rough draft - still in the process of writing! ----- This is a Greek mythology book, but it's not an easy read. Every word is purposeful, or will be by the time this book is finished. It is a book that will test your attention to detail and your knowledge of Greek myths. And perhaps, just when you think you've figured it all out, I hope it still surprises you. Though this story will follow the god Dionysus's journey of apotheosis, the focus will be on how a nymph might've played a role within it. And within the great Gods, Goddesses, heroes, and monsters, a nymph who finds her own greatness. There will be a lot of action, maybe even an exhausting amount, and there will be a love triangle that burns slooooowwwwlllllyy. I mean that. But hers is not the only story you'll get, not the only perspective. You'll find that, just as many strings create a tapestry, so too will this story. I hope you enjoy it. ----- I'm still working on a summary that doesn't spoil anything... so bear with me! This is the best I could do.
