A magical, red, crystal-like sphere, made by an unknown race, held the power to summon terrifying, hellish creatures. This sphere, given the name The Kiverliss, was protected and kept away from evil hands by the noble King Tywelk, ruler of Kingdom Wirclock. The king had pledged to watch over The Kiverliss, for the sake of land Stronia. King Tywelk kept his oath and protected The Kiverliss at all costs...until the one time he didn't. Oops. During a festival held for the King's honor, The Kiverliss was taken by Ymo Crowe and was unleashed upon the kingdom.

Hell-spawn after hell-spawn, the festival was turned into a brutal bloodshed. King Tywelk felt no hope for his kingdom, and for the land of Stronia. All of his men were wiped out, it was too late to contact other kingdoms, for the beasts were already reeking havoc on the land, and he himself was elderly and was in no shape to go into war. There was no hope. Until eight noble, yet possibly stupid, souls stepped forth.

Or maybe...possibly..for the grand reward promised by King Tywelk. Knowing these guys, probably option B.

What? They all sound like selfish idiots? Well,...you're absolutely right! Everyone who has met them has said that, and they're our heroes! Meet the team, Archxia Vasakers.

The Archivist's All-knowing Almanac by JanGoesWriting

There's nothing more dangerous than a book, especially in the wrong hands. And, in this world of magic, wars and an alarming number of self-serving, gratuitously selfish people, there are a lot of wrong hands to take advantage. When the world's foremost mage, Anpound Pudbatter (fresh from a magical accident that had turned him back into a teenager with all the associated raging hormones) meets Gammer Goodhiding, the world's most polite, yet indefinably terrifying witch, and Bindi, a Druid who almost has a filthy mouth, they come together to search for an object that could very well spell the end of the world as they know it. Or change it in ways they cannot imagine. From the intermittently high Mount Pintel, to the vast, unending Library, to the indeterminately located city of Lost Vagueness, where hope, and Coin, go to wallow in despair, to the world's most important, prominent, and tiniest city, the three of them must follow the magical chaos wrought by the presence of the book. And with warlords bent on conquest, thieves out for a quick score and a djinn with a mischievous attention to detail in the way, things may not go quite according to plan. And what, exactly, is the origin of the book? Only The Archivist's All-knowing Almanac knows for sure. A love-letter to the works of Terry Pratchett and Douglas Adams. AVAILABLE ON AMAZON & KINDLE On the planet Keodis, upon the western continent, Uestron, inside the Raesifiin Empire, in the small naval city of Cyripo, the story begins when thirteen diverse strangers answer a strange pamphlet to a quest. The quest is to find a powerful gem in the Deep Forest, and then to use what powers it bestowed on them to delve into the Mountain Barrier. There, they will have to find the Light to dispel the growing Darkness within. Though this qest is honorable and righteous, the dangers that await them are exponentially worse than they could ever imagine. Whether they can save the world depends on whether they can survive themselves. Mature rating for blood, gore and depictions of violence. TW: mentions of drunkards and beer, mention of physical abuses, a description of trypophobia, claustrophobia, and other phobias, and descriptions of nasty cryptids. There is no depictions or allusions of sex, no f-bombs, or drug abuse. This story was started when I was in seventh grade. I finished the original when I was a senior in high school. Displeased with the finished product, I began to rewrite it here, starting June 2015, then again in 2020. I am quite satisfied with the result, and am sure this will be the final edition. This isn't the first book of the series, but there's no spoilers for 'The World is Larger than it Seems', so you can start on this one. The story is far from finished, however, and I hope to eventually finish the series.

Many years ago.... In a world where fantasy and technology live together... There once was a mighty robotic wizard named Dawn... On his dying days, he foretold a prophecy.. 'Prepare yourselves my friends, Many lives are about to end. It will continue on like that for a very long time, As our rulers slowly forget how to be kind. Six young children will step in this never ending battle, With their skills and powers, the world will rattle. A young lady with a warrior's might, And a jester with kindest eyes. A farm boy who seeks more, And a hunter who has a lion's roar. An orphan with an amazing imagination, And an archer who hid among his nation. War is coming. Be ready. War is near. Don't lose hope. The six will come, And stop this war while shredding on us all.' The prophecy spread on to each nation, And each nation laughed at it. "Our rulers? Forgetting how to be kind?! What a joke!" They all said. At least for while... .... who would have known he was right all along? _________ A story that was inspired by Ashlie9596's Bed wars and Money wars I, Fam Cat, present you W A R (Cover made by Doodle_Comix/Gaby_DCX.
