    15 year old Peter Parker has suffered yet another tragedy.... 
    
    ...the death of his beloved Aunt May. Since the apartment has been sold, Peter is now forced to live in an orphanage, where he is treated all but well. 
    
    Tony Stark and Steve Rogers have *finally* gotten together and are now looking to adopt.
