Amber is attacked by a wolf as a young girl living in a foster home. That was 11 years ago. When she was five and 15 years since her parents died in a fatal car crash. She has dreams that wolves are chasing her or that she witnessed her parents death; she wakes up each night screaming, but things are starting to get weird. Is the wolf attack affecting Amber? Soon to be eighteen in a few months, Amber still has no idea what's ahead. With help form her best friend, Jessica and the Tona family, she is taken in as an "orphan she-wolf" but only begins to find out 'how to be a werewolf'.
