The second thing about Riley is that she plays football and is a receiver. Also she doesn't have parents and lives with Thomas and Luke. When you are the first female footballer your school has since you don't have a lot of friends. For starters the Coach hates her and so does the cheerleaders but they have since she started school. Riley acts like a cheerful person but truthfully she is building up wall to push everyone way because she knows things that she hasn't ever told anyone else. What doesn't help is the fact that suddenly her world is threaten and everything and everyone that she once trusted isn't there anymore.

This will be a series of 4, but the other books will be spin-offs and can be read as stand-alone books. They will, however, be published in chronological order. Full warning, this book is much shorter than I intend on making the spin-offs. I was planning on writing book two as the first in the series but found myself needing more of a prequel to all three other books, and so I chose to write something from their high school years. Bonus points for giving Daniel a love interest that was more than just a name.
