It's 2019 Serena is a 17 year old girl who has just finished high school and meets 4 guys.  Gerard Way. Frank Iero. Ray Toro and Mikey Way  she gets quite close to Gerard and he informs her of a comic he made a few years back. she reads the comic and it intrigues her. But when the things in the Comic start to happen. They leave the once known New York city. But now called Battery City (which is now run by a mysterious industry called BL/inds) They now try to find Dr. Death Defying and try to figure out where they go from there.   Do they become Killjoys? Does SERENA become a Killjoy?  Well.. only Spirit Ninja knows that :)
