Emily Cassandra Singer is a 17 year old girl, who is always putting on a mask for other people. How do you think she came to be popular? She is tall, very skinny, and has always messy black hair to go along with amazingly blue eyes. Her parents were divorced when she was in third grade, and has been bouncing back and fourth between houses and parents ever since. Most people call her Cas, although she doesn't know why. She is never herself around her friends and never let's them get to close to her. That is except her best friend, Melissa, who knows everything there is to know about her. Cas is also hopelessly in love with one guy. Jason Wells. She would do anything for him. But there is one problem. Cas and Jason used to be best friends until he ditched her for the popular group in seventh grade. Nether one of them has seen each other since. Cas still remembers that day a vowed that she would never show her true self to anyone again. Jason Austin Wells is an 17 year old guy, who has been apart if the popular group since seventh grade. He is tall, very tall, built well, and has brown hair with beautiful green eyes. He is a swimmer and a football player, which is how he ended up in the popular group. Jas, as his friends call him, has heard that they are getting a new girl in class this year and wonders who it will be. His parents are never home, but he has everything in the world that he could want, big house, nice car and even his own pool to practice in, but he is still missing one thing. Cas.
