This was a letter to help my family better understand what goes on through my head. Words and letters help me to communicate better when tensions are high. I seem to get stuck and lose what I want to say, so I decided a letter would be a good way as an introduction into conversations around this topic and area of my life. It has helped some others just to read this, and felt it could help others on here. So best wishes to those who read this authentically, and without judgement, but rather, reading to understand a perception another human being is trying to communicate.
