After 4th great war when every thing when to normal and villages started to rebuild and rehablitating.
The same could not be said for the konaha as the situation there was a little bit different because naruto uzumaki had left or better said abondoned the village without telling anyone (not kakashi:the present hokage not eruka
nor his team mates sasuke and sakura).
All they knew was that he was spotted by the guard of the hidden leaf's west gate who was knocked unconcious by him as he fled.
The guard remembered as he saw a blur image of a girl probably in his early teens (10 to 12 years old) and her conversation with Naruto.
"are you sure about this onee sama,it is a great sacrifice , she would never have wanted this for you".."suiki.....and i never would have wanted her to die, I have already suffered the greatest loss of my life as i failed to protect your sister,compared to that this is nothing" I OWE THIS TO HER
And with this they disappeared.
Seven years have passed.

Naruto Namikaze Uzumaki is a girl. She's not an idiot like she lets on, she knew of the burden she carried since civilians don't know how to keep there mouths shut while she's around. She knows of who her parents are and why they did what they did, but one problem arises for Naruto. While training with her perverted godfather whom did not know her real gender, she went to the festival as herself and surprisingly met Itachi Uchiha once again while he was not working for once. Long story short, the young teenagers had entered a drinking contest and ended up sleeping with each other at a local motel. Naruto returned to Konoha the next month. But as fate would have it, she became pregnant and realizing that those elders would take her child whom would most likely gain the Sharingan, she fled from Konoha. The day where the Kyuubi attack Konoha Minato sealed the Kyuubi's chakra inside of the Naruto younger siblings while he only has the soul of the Kyuubi. (discontinued) In the Shinobi World, a scarce amount of humans believe in the existence of yōkai. Hatake Kakashi is not one of them. However, he isn't exactly the type to bluntly state that they don't exist. After all, a world wherein peace is not a word that can easily be understood is a world with a whole lot more mysteries and therefore, also cannot be understood. During a mission in the Land of Iron, Kakashi, Obito, Rin and Minato find themselves crossing paths with a girl no more than two years younger than the three children. Unexpectedly, the bizarre and cruel weather hasn't killed her yet. It is no surprise that this young girl named Setsuko arrives in The Village Hidden in the Leaves with Team Minato and surprises even the Third Hokage with her long black hair, dark blue eyes, a ghostly white-- almost transparent complexion and a kimono of the same color as snow. Of course, no one really believes that Setsuko could actually be what she could be suspected of being: A Yuki-musume. But in a world where mysteries are meant to be kept, how can anyone say that the ethereal races of the yōkai are non-existent? As Rin, Obito and Kakashi teach her about everything there is to know about living in the village, the silver-haired young boy finds himself intrigued by basically everything relating to Setsuko.
