After 4th great war when every thing when to normal and villages started to rebuild and rehablitating.
The same could not be said for the konaha as the situation there was a little bit different because naruto uzumaki had left or better said abondoned the village without telling anyone (not kakashi:the present hokage not eruka
nor his team mates sasuke and sakura).
All they knew was that he was spotted by the guard of the hidden leaf's west gate who was knocked unconcious by him as he fled.
The guard remembered as he saw a blur image of a girl probably in his early teens (10 to 12 years old) and her conversation with Naruto.
"are you sure about this onee sama,it is a great sacrifice , she would never have wanted this for you".."suiki.....and i never would have wanted her to die, I have already suffered the greatest loss of my life as i failed to protect your sister,compared to that this is nothing" I OWE THIS TO HER
And with this they disappeared.
Seven years have passed.
