Darius Russell aboard the Ichirou 1A. All is going well for him, until the day they discover an ancient artifact. The artifact releases on board a virus, spreading throughout the ship, killing hundreds and transforming them into monstrosities beyond your imagination. Can he save them? Or is Darius going to die like the rest of them?

Between 2004 and 2008 I wrote a series of "Tips for Writers" for Nocturnal Ooze magazine vaguely about what would happen in real life if you did the things they do in movies but mostly about the gross out. I've always loved them and so have taken them out of mothballs for a new audience here on wattpad. They're all here except for #13 which seems to have vanished. I've also left them mostly intact except for a few very dated references that have been updated. Infected Irinaut were aggressive, and finding one without the sickness at this point was seeming out of reach with no hopes of communicating. That is, until now. A group of soldiers had been left with a task of transporting precious cargo. After several facilities being attacked by the estranged Irinaut, a young soldier known as Raven, finds herself curious to why this Irinaut is so important in finding. The being wasn't like other's any of them had seen. They wanted to know how it was possible in the world that was nothing but desert, and infection. 0-Sa was also alone, which was unusual for the species. The Irinaut became valuable quite quickly, having found no spore infection visibly on him. The team had one job, obtain and return the creature alive, but they would soon come to find out that the cargo would be more difficult to transport than they thought.Complete
