Victor has spent his whole life in a holding facility, he was stripped of his identity and his past. He was experimented on daily due to him having special ability's until one day he learns of a group of people called Varmints who have experienced the same pain as he has and want to use their ability's to inflict suffering upon the people who experimented on them.
