"Your dreams, how often do they occur and how do they make you feel?" "Imagine dreading sleep each night, scared of what may come as you lie unconscious in you're bed, unable to control your thoughts or actions. This is what I have experienced every night for the past 12 months. Each time I fall asleep, I can never be at peace. My mind is always filled with the exact same, horrible dream." These are the words I spoke to my therapist 6 months ago before they all deemed me crazy. Now all I can do is live my life, hoping these dreams will stop and do the best I can to pretend I'm like every other teenage girl out there.
