After a chain of "accidents" in the life of 18-year-old Julia, she and her parents move countries in hopes of finding greener pastures and a fresh start.  She succeeds in getting the fresh start she was hoping for but does she find the greener pastures too?

Her newfound paradise is short-lived and just as she thought she was finally healing from the past and finding the happiness she thought she permanently lost the grim parts of her past start to find their way back, and the sinister entity she ran from starts appearing in her new life and leaving her and anyone she knows in impending danger.
