First 3 chapters have been rewrote. Its modern day, and the world has changed drastically. The old kingdoms now longer exist and the heavens are no longer as closely tied to the earth as they once were.The holy knights have ceased to exist, they are no longer even mentioned in the history books. The seven deadly sins are just sins in the christian religion. Except, in one family, an old story book is passed down through the Liones family, from parent to child. It tells the story of the seven deadly sins and their friend Elizabeth, and how they saved the kingdom from the corrupt holy knights. The book has come into possession of 17 year old Elias Liones, great descendant of Elizabeth Liones and King Arthur, and he has discovered that the world is in need of the Seven Deadly Sins once more. Elias summons Meliodas from hell and the two go and seek the reincarnations of the other sins. Meliodas x OC/Reader For many years of my life, I lived in a place known as The Vale. The world in-between worlds, the place where you lay when you cannot move on from life and enter death. After certain events in my life, I was cursed to eternity in The Vale. I was forced to leave my lover, whom had betrayed me, and the current life I was living. But in all honesty, it was the best thing that happened to me, because I would never have to see Meliodas ever again. I couldn't exactly blame him though. It was a curse placed on him by the Demon King and the Goddess Elizabeth. But it hurt to watch your mate fall in love with someone else, even if it was forced. So after over 2000 years of this torture, of Elizabeth dying and Meliodas falling in love with her over and over again, still sticking by his side because you loved him, and somewhere in him, he did too, I left.
