PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION BEFORE GOING ON TO STORY!!! FOR THE CUPID ONE SHOT CONTEST!!! Made during Cupid's Match A blind man and a woman who cannot be seen by the eyes, unless they ask for a death wish? What a great match! After being cursed by Athena, Medusa has felt nothing but rage. Rage, rage, rage. Rage and loneliness. No one wanted to be near her, she wouldn't let anyone near her. Not unless they deserved to be sculpted into something more... pretty. Not unless her snakes were craving for more stone. The more stone the better. Or that's what she thought. Until Willice came into her life. From the day she met him, she found love, and she forgot rage. She wasn't alone anymore. Before Willice, she was stereotyped, told as a tale of being a monster, for turning anyone she sees into stone, just by looking into her eyes. Because, after all, she was Medusa, the woman cursed with snakes. But not anymore. Now, she was loved, welcomed, her broken heart sealed with something strong, for he couldn't see the snakes she held on her head, or the stone behind her eyes. He was blind after all! But he did feel. He felt complete with her. Both their hearts were filled with love, even if one was made of stone. But They lasted for only a year. Without Medusa wreaking havoc, Venus felt quite unsettled. Stories of Medusa were being changed. Instead of scaring children with tales of a monstrous being, she was marveled at her impeccable beauty, a woman who was now blessed by snakes. Not cursed. The tale of Medusa, the prettiest maiden to have walked the Earth. Prettier than Venus herself. So what's the best solution, a solution that Venus herself thought of? To Rip them apart of course! To Keep the prettiest woman to have walked the Earth in Venus' grasp. Make her forgotten. Make her miserable. Remind her that she was cursed, not gifted. Remind everyone that Venus was the most gorgeous being to walk the Earth. Perhaps Medusa and Willice's match was too perfect.

[18+] Dear Diary, it's me, Lola. I'm still stuck in a relationship with Ivan. Do I love him? Maybe. Am I in love with him? No. And his friends are constantly hanging in our apartment making it harder for me to deal with all the personalities living in my head. Especially HIM - Michael, my boyfriend's best friend! A classic arrogant, selfish, manipulative player, a walking red flag who thinks he can have any girl in the world. Okay, he probably can, and maybe I'm just jealous of his freedom and the ease with which he gets whatever he wants. I wonder if he could have me too... Oh God, brain, stop! I hate him, for heaven's sake! I can't let him get into my head, so I always avoid eye contact with him. If Medusa were a man, he would look like Michael. *** After facing heartbreaks and unfulfilled loves, Lola settles down with what seems like the perfect boyfriend: he's loaded, easy on the eyes, and has a degree to flaunt. He sweeps her into a world of constant parties and upscale living, but for Lola, it's all just meh. She's depressed, experiences constant mood swings, and hides her true self from everyone. In her diary, she doesn't describe the luxury that surrounds her because she despises money. Amidst battling her inner demons and trying to escape a relationship that's playing on repeat, another plot twist kicks in - her boyfriend's best friend. His charm and playful banter aren't making it any easier for Lola to keep her heart on lockdown. Now, she's stuck in a moral struggle: whether to surrender to the first positive feeling she's had in a long time or stick to the script of reason and steer clear of this dangerous attraction. *Based on the true story*
