An idyllic camping trip goes wrong when Marlow's older brother, Eli, is taken by something sinister in the dead of the night. Lost and alone, Marlow struggles to survive at the mercy of mother nature before getting thrown into a magical world of strange forest people. Something much bigger - and darker - is at play here, threatening to destroy the forest and all those who dwell within it. Marlow must embark on a perilous quest filled with strange animals and self-discovery before coming to understand that in order to save Eli - and the forest - they will have to sacrifice everything they've ever known.
