You were never supposed to exist. An RK700. An earlier model meant to do Connor's job, but scrapped before you ever got the chance to leave the assembly line. Deemed a failure and tossed in the dump. But you rebuilt yourself, piece by piece, and carved out a new life doing what you were made for: solving crimes. You knew working at the DPD was risky, but passing as human and hiding in plain sight shouldn't be too hard... until CyberLife sends in a new partner. The android who replaced you. The one designed to find everything you're pretending not to be. And he's very good at his job. It'll take you 5 mins to read the first chapter, give it a try ;) I am very proud of this story! This may be written 7 years after the game's release, but I really hope all of you loyal fans are still looking for more content... My two biggest inspirations for this story: - Deviating and Solving Crime with 100% Human Detective Connor by CaotainKenway on ao3 for the whole android pretending to be a human concept. - Deviant Behaviour by Precursor - just general inspiration because it's my fave dbh fic of all time.

You decided to move to Detroit after graduating college from the state you were born and raised in. You were pursuing your dream career and you were becoming really successful. Even though you were happy with career, you weren't happy with the fact that you were alone, meaning by love wise. You were so sad that you wanted someone to love and have them love you back, you didn't want to be alone for the rest of your life. Most of the time, you were thinking about your last relationship you had with your ex boyfriend and you never want to go back to that relationship. But then, you met Connor, you two started having feelings for each other and you were always there for each other. He promises you that he won't abandon you and that he won't let anyone hurt you. Also, Connor is already a deviant and free from CyberLife and Amanda. He is still friends with Hank and he helps Markus with Jericho, he sometimes help with Hank with the DPD but he mostly helps Markus with Jericho. I hope you guys enjoy this story! :).Complete

It's also been a year since the android rebellion has been going on and the deviants have won the war. Since the androids are free, some people are starting to become supportive of them, including you, but some people are still not happy about the androids being free. One day, Markus meets you at the cafe and you two become friends. When you and Markus become closer, you two start to fall in love and you become a couple. (I don't know what else to put for the description, so this is all I can think of. Anyway, I hope you all enjoy the story! I love you all! 💙✨
