Me First

When you think that you can't go any further down in life, you can. Things can get worse or they can get better. You just have to decide how to handle it. Some of these chapters will be quotes. Some will be song recommendations for when you need one. Happy or sad. Some may be inspirational stories from my friends, family, etc. I have had struggles with loving myself the way that I am and still do. But we have to take things like this one step at a time and posting one of my own books is the first step.
