The Second Wizarding War is finally over. Everyone seems to be having a smile on their face, a spring in their step for the the greatest threat to the Wizarding World has been eliminated. It is now time for jubilation and celebration.

Or so it seemed.

It so happens that the reality of war is such that regardless of which side wins, it is a fact that losses occur on both sides. It doesn't matter if the loss is single or multiple, at the end of the day it is a loss and the people concerned do suffer. Behind every smile there is pain and behind every celebration there is sorrow.

Tragedy was something that was quite common in the life of Susan Bones. Having lost her dear ones at a very young age, she was quick to understand that after a loss, the wounds that needed the most attention were that of the soul. There were plenty of Healers and more than sufficient magic to heal the body but there are times when just magic isn't enough and so, after she completed her education,she decides to become a therapist hoping to make a difference in whatever way she could.

Ten years later, she is quite proud of her choice as what she believed had actually turned out to be true. Harry Potter wasn't always the brave soul he projected out to be, Draco Malfoy wasn't always arrogant as he seemed and so much more. She had become a household name in nearly every family that had taken part in the Second War irrespective of which side they had been on. And for Susan, she was just happy that she was able to make a difference.

One day, a totally unexpected person walks in to her tiny clinic requesting her help. Little does Susan know that this meeting would bring about changes that she never could have foreseen.
