Tired of earning a shitty Salary, working countless amount of hours only to be under-appreciated and constantly disrespected by patients , when she's only doing her job as a doctor, Liliana- Marie prince abruptly quits her job at the hospital and works hard for months and her new clinic in uptown , New York comes to life as well as her need to become her own boss.
As she puts out ads that promotes her new clinic and describes the job that her and her fellow colleagues of nurses and doctors , that she hired is out on the web, little did she know she'd be working for the most dangerous and feared Spanish mafia very soon by just putting that ad out.
At the age of 29, Liliana feared for her life immensely.
The mafia, with 1,800 members are feared nation wide and move silently. With the FBI and CIA failing to ever bust them leaving them undefeated and even more powerful, they continue to grow. Guns, violence murder and chaos is part of their everyday life and when one very Important member gets a serious , life threatening injury the mafia desperately need a private doctor. Who knew it might be permanent and ended sweet , naïve Liliana in the middle of it.
