Alexander Lightwood, an ordinary 18 year old high school senior. Or so he thought.
A story about a universe where the demons of the Shadowworld are extinct. And Shadowhunters were no longer needed, so they became dormant. However, Angelic Shadowhunter blood still runs through the veins of few.
After some research into his ancestry for his final history project, Alec uncovers information about his family. No one else believes the stories. But he believes all the stories are true. And maybe he may fall in love along the way with a magical being he never knew could have existed.
