This is the first three chapters from the fifth book in the eight-book series.  The two Final Gate books occur after the Scout Report three, and are followed by the Lost Oracle three (not yet published).  

This book is slated to be self-published in a few days.  

The general plot is described in the Preface (which was somewhat hijacked, by the way), and the Introduction.  In a nutshell, it turns out that Universes are the dead carcasses of heavenly beings that were cast out of some sort of heaven.  Life as we know it?  Part of the decay process--bacteria growing on a corpse that yet contains a bit of usable energy.

It only yields itself to the true nature of the story, which is the waving in and out of all stories intertwined with each other with each passing moment. I shall reveal the stories that are hidden and guide the reader to understand the intricate stories revealed in my lifetime, at least one in particular that I find particularly intriguing. This book and its running narrative as well as other short stories were created as a way for me to work through my burnout. This is my first published work of fiction. It was conceptualised during a burnout I experienced back in 2017. With support from family, friends and a professional with whom to talk, I tried working through the burnout over the period of a year. At each stage of my journey I created a story to help me process. It's bizarre, a bit dark slightly existential and close to my heart. Please enjoy.

To regulate these dimensions and universes, high beings took control of containers called UniOrbs. To make sure the Systems and Hosts had a proper base of operations, the UniOrb created a separate space called the Command Center. One System was not satisfied with their status quo. They created something known as the "Villain System." This Villain System was designed to suck the life and energy from different worlds, using it to spread a virus that would slowly take over the UniOrb. Their goal: Take over the UniOrb to become the new higher being that controlled it. When all hope seemed to be lost for those in the UniOrb and its Command Center, one System, System 225, gained control from the Villain System, rescued his "Host," and together go from world to world, gaining enough energy to combat the System that created the Villain System.
