"I can't get her out of my fucking head, I hate her." Eden Vierra- A quiet soul with so much fire inside of her. Only reliant on herself for her whole life. And it is good it has stayed that way because who was to protect if she didnt protect herself? She had to. Especially against the man who waltzed into her like like he owned it. Like he owned her. The man who made her feel everything nobody else could. Mainly hatred, because god did she hate him. His smug face and comments filled with venom. With him being 3 years her senior he was always a few steps ahead of Eden. Or so he thought. Eden read that man like a book, every feeling that crossed his face that he worked so hard to conceal she could feel so deep inside her. Her brothers best friend, her enemy. I have always loved the water. My family has always been near water. My uncle was a an oceanographer which had me interested in what he does. It was always seeming so mysterious, what lies beneath, what is under. Being a lover of the sea, my family has owned a villa near the beach and I found my self visiting quiet often. Until my uncle had given me a birthday party on a boat owned by my family. That is until that night my life had changed when I accidentally slip into the waters slowly sinking down under. From that day of, I had saw things differently which had me even more curious on to what lies beneath our feet. Until her that is, that life, my life as we know it had changed. '"I cannot feel this way. You clearly don't feel-" "I do though." He interrupts me. I finally look up to meet his eyes. It holds so much sadness. "Believe it or not but it hurts me every time I see tears in your eyes." His hands reach for my face, one more time and gently wipes the tears off my face. No matter what, the tears keep flowing down. "Please don't cry." He whispers. "You have someone out there just for you. Waiting for you." I whisper softly. A sad smile forms on my face that is now saltier than the ocean bed itself. I try to tug his hand off my face, but his hold is firm. He leans his head down and places it against mine. "I know." His whisper equally soft. "You need to let go. Just as I am." I close my eyes and take in the breeze of ocean that surrounds him and now me. I hear a deep growl just as his hold tighten on my face but it's still gentle.' For the little Raven that was born out the woods, life was only about the survival of fittest. Hunt or be hunted.
