Most stories usually start with "this isn't your typical love story". Well, I guess this one begins in a similar way. Now, don't expect a beautiful ending, or the usual cliche story of girl meets boy.

Honestly, not even I know how this one ends. This book is real life with real struggles. There is no perfect boyfriend or perfect family. 

There's a boy next door, but there's also drugs. And maybe there's a hospital, but there's no superhero.
