Markus, Kara, and Connor are new students at Jericho High. Though they're all here for completely different reasons, they do all have one thing in common.
Markus immediately becomes one of the most popular kids in school, though he doesn't really care for popularity. He makes a few good friends, and might even have a potential girlfriend lined up. But for some reason he can't seem to get the boy with blonde hair who always seems to be by himself out of his head. What is it about this kid that has Markus thinking about him constantly? Why does everyone seem to hate this kid? What is he hiding?

Sam Larson is a sixteen-year-old closeted gay guy who, after receiving the news of his mother's death, winds up making Jace's life hell as a way of venting his grief. He lives with his twin brother, who is essentially his polar opposite. Sam secretly hates all of his "friends" except for one. Kizuato Larson is Sam's twin brother. Being kind of a recluse, he's a quiet person who is very distant and removed from his sibling. Ever since the twins' dad left when they were seven, Kizuato has been more reserved and less willing to trust people. He hates people who bully others for things that can't be changed- such as sexual orientation or race- especially after having experienced it himself for being asexual/aromantic.
