An ongoing 2doc fanfiction based on events starting from phase 4 (the Humanz album) and ongoing to the current phase (The Now Now). All events that take place in this book don't necessarily happen, but could- the situations are based off of things that have actually occurred in Gorillaz music videos and the lyrics of their songs. This book is descriptive and as realistic as I could manage- it's what I pictured happening behind the scenes.

It's quite overwhelming for the singer to take on his many new tasks as the new leader but he's doing his best to make the band proud. While looking for a bassist to temporarly replace murdoc he ends up meeting ace. At first the two are just friends and bandmates but in soon enough time the two become much more then just bandmates. FYI just to clear up confusion. These first of all are my comfort versions of the band. And second of all this is in no way following canon so if you don't like that i'm sorry. Memory!tale and comfort!village are worlds made by me!

Murdoc has convinced the reader to move to Brooklyn, New York with him and the band after a whirlwind weekend together over the summer when Gorillaz was on tour.
