Saving Serah

Serah is a normal 17 year old girl as far as the eyes can see but the people in her small town know her for her parents horrific mistakes and find comfort in rubbing there time behind bars in her face. But when her legal guardian, which happens to be her 23 year old brother, tells her they are moving far away from this troublesome town Serah is happy to start over. What happens though when news travels faster than they imagined and a new town isn't so helpful?
