By day she's just your average young woman. University student. Gamer. Host of regular D&D sessions on the weekend following study sessions with her regular friends. But, when that's all said and done, Jackie St. Cloud creates and supply weapons, gadgets, costumes, and more for a very special clientele. She's like the Lucius Fox to her city's Batman, except her city doesn't have a Batman. All it has is a colourful gallery of criminals.
