Aurelia just transferred to Hogwarts. The school of witchcraft and wizardry. She is from a muggle family and is scared no one will like her.
But when she bumps in to a Gryffindor girl her life changes. Maya Aslan soon becomes her best friend and they concuer many fears and go on adventures that are unforgetable.
But their life isn't so normal. They soon find out about their family secrets that wilk change their whole life. They aren't what they thought they were. But everything gets even more complicated when an encient beast awakens just to get it's paws on Maya and Aurelia.
But that beast is not the only one of it's kind.
They must gather and fight together to defend Hogwarts of these beasts. But will they all survive the battle?

And when the Chamber of Secrets is opened, and muggle-borns are being petrified, the girls worry about the safety of their muggle-born friend Annabeth. But having a Slytherin in the group, creates several blood related arguments, that threaten to tare the girls apart. Having Slytherin's monster lurking around doesn't stop the flow of homework or lessons. So the girls still need to attend all of their lessons, including their favourite activity, the frog choir, which is the one thing that binds them all together, in times of stress. No one is ever safe at Hogwarts. **IMPORTANT** This book is very much just an introduction followed by incorporating the new character into the established world and timeline. As the author, I would suggest the following. 1. Read "Philosopher's Stone" (this book) till before the chapter titled "THE JOURNEY FROM PLATFORM NINE AND THREE QUARTERS" 2. Skip the rest. It is merely a telling of what you have already read in canon, just from a different perspective. 3. Move to "The Chamber of Secrets" and start with the chapter titled "TOM MARVOLO RIDDLE." All the chapters before that are, once again, events you would already be familiar with. 4. Finish book 2 and move on to book 3. There on after, you can read normally. This isn't compulsory. It is simply, in my opinion, the best way to enjoy the series. Since I understand that some portions of the first two books are not very different from canon and thus, can seen boring.
