Placed during very beginning of Blood of Olympus/ between House of Hades and Blood of Olympus at the beginning. Then it switches to the end of Blood of Olympus. This is a solangelo story line. If you have not read Blood of Olympus, or do not ship solangelo, then I kindly ask you to reconsider your life choices. And then go do those things. While they're certainly different at first glance, soon enough, they find themselves more similar than believable. Nico regretted one thing about his absence from Camp Half-Blood; not talking to Will Solace before he departed, leaving Will to think that he'd abandoned the Mortal World for the Underworld. Owing Will an explanation, he heads to Camp Half-Blood for New Year with Percy and Leo, hoping to at least talk to the Son of Apollo. And who knows, maybe it really will be a new year, new him. (A one-shot based in the little AU universe that my story The Missing Hero is set in, explaining how Will and Nico got together in that 'verse.)
