Once in a lifetime

Susan Roberts, a small town doctor, has run away from her past more times than what she could count. Now she settles down in the small town of Saint Mary with the hopes of finding a new beginning while trying to figure out where the missing pieces of her past are.

After two years and many challenges, Roman Chester, a famous baseball player, comes back and rumor has it that he has been looking for someone he loved years ago.

Susan can't remember him, but the attraction she feels for him is surely something else. The thing with the guy next door is that he always feels like a deja vu until one sunny morning she finds out why. She feels like running away from the lies and the hurt from the family secrets, but she is braver than that.

Even when she can't remember their past she keeps going back to Roman as if there was something more powerful than memories pulling them together into an emotional and beautiful love.

Then they start a journey of trying to bring back the past without noticing that sometimes is better if we move forward with the future.

They just need to remember that second chances don't come so often when a love like this happens only Once in a lifetime.
